A 15% deposit is required to move forward with the design phase, which is applied toward your final purchase.

You can choose from:

• Cabinetry Only — cabinetry design and production

• Full Design Service — including hardware, lighting, appliances, and more for a fully coordinated space

We’ll collaborate to collect accurate measurements, photos, and finish selections—ensuring every detail is perfectly tailored.

During this step, we’ll finalize:

• Builder-verified measurements

• Site photos

• Appliance specifications

• Mechanical locations (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

We’ll also discuss your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and priorities to design a space that feels authentic to you.

Our team will develop a detailed cabinetry layout and floor plan, refining each element with your feedback until it’s perfect.

You can expect approximately three design meetings and revisions to finalize the layout, finishes, and details.

Once the final design is approved, your contractor will double-check all measurements.

We’ll then provide final pricing and drawings for review and approval.
After payment, your custom cabinetry order moves into production.

We’ll coordinate delivery to ensure everything arrives on schedule and in pristine condition.

Your cabinetry will be carefully packaged, delivered, and ready for professional installation in your home.
